Danielle's large portfolio of clients have included editor of Healthy Magazine, Jane Druker and leading Yoga author, Lucy Edge. Danielle's expertise in the field of Face Yoga came from suffering from M.E. for 2 years. She discovered the amazing health benefits of Yoga, Pilates, exercise, nutrition and relaxation and used these to overcome the illness. After a few years of using Yoga and fitness on herself and teaching others, she noticed toned muscles and a reduction of stress in the body and mind. Danielle then wanted to gain the same results for the face and she brought together the best techniques, new and old, and through extensive research she designed the Face Yoga Training Programme. Danielle is a qualified and insured Yoga Teacher, Professional Relaxation Therapist and Nutritionist. She studied Education and English Literature at Bath Spa University and achieved a first class honours. She has done introductory training in Thai Yoga Massage and The Alexander Technique and is currently training in Sports Nutrition and Face Massage.
