• Course content includes: anatomy and physiology of the face, theory of Face Yoga, the face exercises, face massage and acupressure, relaxation and meditation techniques, the mind, body, soul and face connection, safety procedures, setting up your business, how to teach a Face Yoga class, workshop and one to one session, written and practical assessment and evaluation.
• 2 day training course (total 12 hrs), over 1 weekend in Bath, UK.
• Training in small groups of six.
• Approved and accredited course by The International College of Holistic Medicine.

• No previous experience needed, meaning the training is available to everyone.
